We foster the good with the community.

We enhance the tradition and the connection with the territory through the dialogue and sharing with people, cultures and communities that come into contact with Acetum.

We pursue this goal through educational initiatives dedicated to today’s and tomorrow’s generations, and through collaborations with local associations, promoting corporate volunteering projects that generate tangible value for the region and its communities.

Support for local associations

We collaborate with the Rulli Frulli Lab Association, an organization dedicated to promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities.
In 2023, we supported their travelling catering initiative, Rulli Food, a project that actively fosters inclusion and sustainability.

The young participants of the initiative took part in international events such as the G7 in February 2024 and the United Nations Conference on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in New York, where they shared innovative models of social inclusion through food and cooking.

“The pancakes with balsamic vinegar icing glaze are an incredible discovery! I really like how the sweetness of the pancake combines with the unique and slightly acidic taste of the icing glaze. It’s not a combination you come across every day and seeing people at the UN tasting something we created was exciting… our work has left its mark, even in such an important place!”

Vinegar factories opened

We host open days for the public, welcoming visitors into our facilities which is a valuable opportunity to share our tradition and showcase the quality behind every product.

Sharing with the new generations.

We collaborate with local schools and universities to educate new generations about the world of balsamic vinegar, promoting the culture and tradition of our territory.
