HEALTH AND SAFETY

We always start with safety. It is the first issue topic we address both in meetings and as initial training for new hires. We believe that the best way to protect people is to raise awareness that goes beyond the workplace. This is why we foster projects that promote 360-degree well-being.

Sports events

We believe in a healthy lifestyle and in the value of sport. With the arrival of the warm season, we organize outdoor walks and sports tournaments, perfect moments to be together even outside of the work routine.

Psychological support

For us, mental well-being is fundamental. For this reason, thanks to the partnership with Unobravo, we offer all our employees an online psychological support service.
